Mr. Zhao founded Sunshine Farm 12 years ago, transforming a piece of barren land in Langley into a thriving farm with dozens of vegetable greenhouses.

 

He is skilled in building and maintaining agricultural greenhouses and has played a key role in the farm’s success.

 

As the owner, Mr. Zhao treats all employees with care and support, creating a welcoming and inspiring work environment.

Amanda is the manager of Sunshine Farm, overseeing staff recruitment, material procurement, and market expansion. Before immigrating to Canada, Amanda worked as a bank manager in Shanghai, China. Her years of experience in finance have given her sharp analytical skills, playing a key role in keeping Sunshine Farm profitable.

 

Amanda is also a sports enthusiast, enjoying activities like skiing and badminton. She is often seen as Sunshine Farm’s "sports ambassador," inspiring everyone with her energy and passion.

Diego is a vital part of Sunshine Farm and a skilled cowboy. Growing up on a farm, he developed a passion for agriculture and learned to operate various farming machines.

 

He also completed a two-year Herdsman degree at Ridgewater College in the U.S., where he studied livestock care, feeding, and ranch management.

 

With his knowledge, dedication, and care for animals, Diego helps keep our herds healthy and productive, ensuring the quality products our farm is known for.
